I didn’t get into counseling because I wanted to own a business. I got into it because I want to help people. My business grew because I am good at what I do, but I have enjoyed it less and less because I am spending more and more time running my business instead of seeing my clients.

Causeways helped me to form a plan that has allowed me to get back to what I love without sacrificing growth. Since examining the structure of my business, I have been able to open another office and increased my ability to do more of why I started this business in the first place.
